Our mission was to establish a visually consistent presence on every global H&M Instagram account. In the feed we identified a large portion of UGCs (user generated content) uploaded. This created a lack of control and the long term results has led to a scattered identity of H&M.
We started out by creating templates and defined visual guidelines for each Instagram account (@hm, @hm_man, @hm_kids). The defined image tonality was applied along with a consistent typography which resulted in a elevated content production.
